29c2a9e10a [Stop] BOS 结构不适合插入 0xEE 描述符
[详细说明]
1. 不应修改BOS,BOS 是多个 DeviceCaps 的集合;
2. 未见Windows驱动发起 Get Descriptor 0xEE的请求;
