1. build mt binary in src directory.
2. cp binary, npz and cvimodel to ecb:
3. cp cvitek_tpu_sdk.tar.gz to evb and extract it to /mnt/data/
4. execute cmds:
   # bash
   # cd cvitek_tpu_sdk && source envs_tpu_sdk.sh
   # ./mt mt_encoder_decoder_0_10_20_30_39_mix_2.cvimodel mt_input_x.npz
