Jeffy Chen a8a798e928 mkfirmware.sh: Cleanup a bit
1/ Fix partition size check for image with holes.
2/ Support new partition table variable:
<dev>:<mount point>:<fs type>:<mount flags>:<source dir>:<image size(M|K|auto)>:[options]
