carbon e8ed043435 duos kernel enable simplefb 
In fact, we don't really use simplefb, but just use it to integrate
the following three modules that cvi_fb depends on into the kernel,
so that we don't need to manually insmod these three modules
before loading cvi_fb.ko

CONFIG_FB_CFB_IMAGEBLIT
